Among their specialties, it is necessary to mention the lobster Caldereta wich is elaborated with alive lobsters,  the Fideuá, the Arrós Brut (rice with mixed meats and spices), the menorcan style Duck, the typical "frit", the roast suckling pig , the tongue with tappers,   the Oli-aigu (menorcan farmer's vegetable soup)... 

Among the fish, the fresh angler fish of the island with almonds sauce , the fish mixed grill, and the fish  and shellfish Caldereta.

     In international kitchen, highlights the chicken with oriental sauce and the ostrich sirloin with wild fruits sauce.

 

 

The restaurant La Guitarra, specialized in typical homemade plates of Balearic and international kitchen, it is located in the old part of Ciutadella. They open up every day, except Sundays and the month of February.

 Al noon they offer a complete menu of the day, and they also do company dinners in their private dining rooms   for sixty persons.
